“EXPERIENCE” TO BEGIN AIRING TODAY, FEATURING CONGRESSMAN BOBBY SCOTT

RICHMOND – Today, lieutenant gubernatorial candidate Jody Wagner released two new radio advertisements, which will air in the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. Entitled “Experience,” the 60-second spots feature Congressman Bobby Scott, and highlight new endorsements from the Richmond Free Press, the Richmond Crusade for voters, and the New Journal and Guide. Both highlight Wagner’s experience in the Warner and Kaine administrations, and stress her commitment to create new jobs and spread opportunity to all Virginians.

Says Scott in “Experience – Norfolk”: “Over the past seven years, Virginia made great progress under Governors Warner and Kaine. Jody Wagner was a large part of that success. Jody’s now running for Lieutenant Governor and she needs our help. Jody Wagner served as State Treasurer under Governor Warner and Secretary of Finance for Governor Kaine. Jody helped Virginia to be designated the ‘best managed state’ in the nation and the ‘best state to raise a child.’ Jody’s fiscal management, and her ability to bring all sides together to solve problems, kept Virginia moving forward.”
