WAGNER ANNOUNCES NORTHERN VIRGINIA AD BUY
BECOMES FIRST CANDIDATE FOR LT. GOV. ON AIR IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA

RICHMOND – Today, former Secretary of Finance Jody Wagner announced her campaign would begin airing ads on Northern Virginia cable stations. Last Thursday, the campaign announced its first TV buy in the Charlottesville, Norfolk, and Richmond markets.

The ad, “Experience,” highlights her seven years in the Warner and Kaine administrations, and features Senate Majority Leader Richard Saslaw and House Minority Leader Ward Armstrong. It also cites the Washington Post’s endorsement of Wagner, announced on Sunday.

Says Saslaw in the ad: “Jody Wagner’s fiscal management kept Virginia moving forward.”
